• Self Addressed Stamped Envelope

If permit is lost, replacement fee is $15

RENEWAL

1. The CCW renewal process is basically the same as the "Original" process.
   A. Complete new application must be submiteed.
   B. New passport type photo taken within the previous 30 days.
   C. Certificate of competency must be submitted that is not over 6 years old.
   (1st Permit must be submitted before 3 years of certificate)
   D. Fee is $55.00 for a 5 year renewal.  (Waived for retired law enforcement)
   E. Ohio Driver's License or Ohio State ID is required.
   F. Scanned or rolled fingerprints
    
2. Renewal applications may be submitted up to 90 days prior to the expiration of a current Concealed Carry License and up to 30 days after the expiration of a current Concealed Carry License.  (120 day window)
    
3. Applications submitted more than 30 days past expiration will be treated as a "New Application".
    
4. Applications accepted by appointment only.  Mon - Thurs 8:00 am to 3:30 pm.
